Tririga Reservation System

Operations Management and Capital Programs has substantially expanded room reservation support for the campus in parallel with other existing systems. Tririga reservations support:

  • Conference and meeting rooms in select locations
  • Workspace scheduling for shared offices and hybrid or flex spaces
  • Gold Parking program for selected parking areas – Coming soon!

How to Reserve a Tririga Meeting Room

RESERVE ROOM

  1. On the UC San Diego IBM Tririga Workplace Services page, click Reserve a meeting room.
  2. Enter the Title of your meeting.
  3. Select your desired Date and time.
  4. Click the magnifying glass to the right of Rooms to find a location (type a building name).
    1. Choose a room from the floor plan or select it from a list (toggle floor plan/list view at upper right).
    2. Click the room’s checkbox.
    3. Click Continue (blue button at the bottom).
  5. Optional – Choose to include Online Meeting, Additional location Information or Description.
  6. Click Create (blue button at the bottom).

How to Reserve a Tririga Workspace

RESERVE WORKSPACE

  1. On the UC San Diego IBM Tririga Workplace Services page, click Reserve a workspace.
  2. Select your desired Date and time.
  3. Click the magnifying glass to the right of Workspace to find an available workspace location (type a building name).
    1. Choose a room from the floor plan or select it from a list (toggle floor plan/list view at upper right).
    2. Click the room’s checkbox.
    3. Click Continue (blue button at the bottom).
  4. Click Create (blue button at the bottom).

Note: Users must provide their own laptop, charging cables and necessary adaptors.

How to Manage an Existing Tririga Meeting Room or Workspace Reservation

  1. On the UC San Diego IBM Tritiga Workplace Services page, review  This Month’s Reservations.
  2. Select the reservation you want to modify. Use either the:
    1. Red Delete button to cancel a reservation. Cancel or confirm Delete.
    2. Blue Edit button to modify your reservation (follow instructions above for Title, Date and Time, Rooms, etc.
  3. Click Update (blue button at the bottom).

How to Add Your Space to Tririga Reservations

  • Contact omcp@ucsd.edu to request scheduling support for your space(s).
  • Identify a responsible point person to make these space decisions:
    • Who can reserve the room(s)?
    • What are the available hours?
    • Can users make repeat or multiple reservations?
    • Do reservations require approved, or are they first-come, first-served?
