For an emergency or crime in progress, dial 9-1-1 from any phone.

The Report It program is designed to provide the UC San Diego campus community with an easy and efficient way to report non-criminal, non-emergency issues or concerns related to facilities.

This program empowers faculty, students, staff, patients and visitors to take an active role in maintaining and improving the campus environment by quickly reporting issues, such as maintenance problems, safety hazards or accessibility concerns, to keep UC San Diego a safe, functional and welcoming place for all.

Report an Issue

How It Works

  1. Go to the Report It website. If you are using your mobile device, be sure to activate location services to provide an accurate location for faster resolution.
  2. Submit your request.
  3. You will receive email notifications about the status of your request.
  4. Upon completion, you will have the opportunity to provide feedback.
