Shared Office and Conference Spaces for Flexible Work

Operations Management and Capital Programs partners with Information Technology Services, University Centers and select departments to provide a workspace reservation system to support hybrid work arrangements. With this system, you can schedule a workspace, department conference room or flex space when you need to work on campus.

Reservation System Features

Users with active accounts can:

  • Filter for:
    • Participants’ buildings
    • Available dates
    • Type of space (individual workspace, collaboration, private office, etc.)
  • View:
    • Images of spaces and amenities (monitor, docking station, ADA accommodations, sit-stand desk, etc.)
    • Locations on a floor plan
  • Reserve spaces on a responsive website (works well on desktop and mobile)
  • Get notifications and/or view your upcoming reservations

Add Your Location or Share Workspaces

If you would like to allow reservations for your group/location or you have workspaces to share and have identified someone to manage them, contact omcp@ucsd.edu. The Facilities and Space Information Management team will schedule a preliminary meeting to introduce your group to our tools and guide you through the configuration process.

Configuration options
  • Reservations can be routed for approval and/or available on demand (first-come, first-serve)
  • Locations can be limited to specific department(s) and/or individual staff to help manage office sharing
