Operations Management and Capital Programs partners with Information Technology Services, University Centers and select departments to provide a workspace reservation system to support hybrid work arrangements. With this system, you can schedule a workspace, department conference room or flex space when you need to work on campus.

If you would like to allow reservations for your group/location or you have workspaces to share and have identified someone to manage them, contact omcp@ucsd.edu. The Facilities and Space Information Management team will schedule a preliminary meeting to introduce your group to our tools and guide you through the configuration process.

Users must provide their own laptop, charging cables and necessary adaptors.
University Centers' Open Desk @Price Center offers office space where UC San Diego students, staff and faculty can reserve individual workstations, a private office and collaboration spaces.
The VC OMCP suite on the third floor (northwest corner) of Torrey Pines Center South is accessible with a key card, door code or on-site contact. These access-restricted spaces are available weekdays during business hours. Ensure you have the necessary access or credentials before visiting.
